Formerly a businesswoman from the Greater Des Moines Area, she became an educator in a midlife career change. Dr. Kile has a Bachelor's Degree in both Accounting and Business Management from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. in Education Administration as well as an M.B.A. through distance learning and portfolio assessment. She is a certified hypnotherapist and member of International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). She is also a Reiki Master-Teacher; Kuntari, as well as a Psych-K (TM), Accelements (TM), and Accelerated Learning Practitioner. Among her research specialties are Kuntari, accelerated learning and in-house staff development. Dr. Kile offers Kuntari and other services independently as well as with "Inner Journeys" as the third voice of "Inner Journeys" with psychotherapist and Psych-K certified instructor, Elizabeth Holstein; and author, educator, and special education specialist, Molly Brown.
