About:

Dr. Kile is currently an institutional researcher at a major chiropractic university system. Her institutional research

specailties are large-scale database research, survey

research, and focus group research, including Appreciative Inquiry. Formerly a businesswoman from the Greater Des Moines Area, she became an educator in a midlife career change. She taught classes at the University of Iowa and Scott Community College before joing the adjunct faculty at

Palmer College of Chiropractic in the Undergraduate Studies in 2000. Dr. Kile has a Ph.D. in Education Administration as well as an M.B.A. through distance learning and portfolio assessment. She is a certified

hypnotherapist and member of International Medical and

Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). She is also a Reiki Master-Teacher; as well as a Psych-K (TM), Accelements (TM), and Accelerated Learning Practitioner. Among her research specialties are accelerated learning and in-house staff development.
